To view the conserved co-expression network using Sandia National Laboratories’ visualization software follow these steps: Download and install the VxInsight visualization software onto your computer (Windows 2000, XP only). Download and unzip the visualization data, then load it into VxInsight. See the instructions for help.
	Visualize your genes online. To view where meta-genes are in the conserved co-expression network, use the online network visualization resource .
	Download coordinates. Download the x-y coordinates of all of the meta-genes in the conserved co-expression network.
