GDE Sequence Analysis

The Genetic Data Environment (GDE) is a user friendly, X-Window based sequence analysis
software package for UNIX systems that is especially good for multiple sequence analysis
and phylogenetic analysis. Version 9 of GCG will be using the GDE user interface.
