software packages available, and each one does certain things better
than other packages.
- Visualize 3D structure, print out
pictures.
- Predict Structure given a primary amino acid
sequence
- Predict Structure after a site specific
mutagenesis
- Predict interaction of two proteins or a
protein and a ligand
