Data is available for download from our website under the "Status of Order" link. Data can be retrieved from the website for up to 1 year from the submission date, after which it will be archived. A request must be emailed to us for retrieval of archived results. Please include customer name and order number and/or date of order when emailing for data retrieval.

DNA Sequencing results are provided in two different formats:
1) .seq - text file - can be opened with any text/word software (ie notepad, textpad, word, etc).
2) .ab1 - chromatogram file - can be opened with one of the following...
