amahluwa Dec-06-01, 12:31 PM (PDT) "aminoallyl labeling procedure" Hi: I am using the aminoallyl labeling procedure from Rossetta lab and am getting very inconsistent labeling. Has anyone experienced problems with incorporation using this procedure? Is the coupling efficiency (aminoallyl + Cy label) high with this method?
