kmmuller Jul-24-02, 08:32 AM (PDT) "analysis software" Hi everyone. We are looking into purchasing software to analysis our microarray data (our model organism is Arabidopsis). The last free version we have has some significant disadvantages, e.g. it was not possible any longer to do uncentered clustering as in the version(s) before. I was very unhappy about this. There were also some minor coding problems with loading previously saved datasets. Maybe they solved this by now, but we are not able to buy the new product bacause of the cost. At the moment we're using EPCLUST most of the time. It's free (at the time being), it's web-based, it's fast, but it's Version 0.9.23 beta and sometimes it's offline.
