ResGen, a part of Invitrogen Corporation sells a set of primers for amplifying the intergenic regions of yeast. The PCR product can be spotted onto a slide and used to analyze dna-protein interactions. Are you working with the yeast genome? Feel free to contact me if you would like more information.
