Huang Jian Nov-19-01, 06:55 PM (PDT) "Normalized cDNA library" Hi everyone: I am going to study lilium using microarray. As you know, lilium is not a model plant with enough genomic background information, so I have to construct a normalized cDNA library first from which I could pick up anonymous clones to prepare my microarray. You will be greatly appreciated if you would like to give me some references to protocols of normalization. Thank you very much in advance.
